MEETING ROOMS

The Commons offers well-appointed rooms just right for your meetings, presentations, brainstorming sessions, or conference calls. Our spaces are available for booking during both business and extended hours (accessible via Kisi) and we are happy to provide coffee, tea, and fruit when available. Please note that membership pricing and after-hours and weekend bookings are available only for Commons members and those enrolled in our 24/7 Meeting Room plan (no membership fee, $100 deposit required).

Please note that non-members cannot make bookings directly on the calendar, so if you’d like to reserve a meeting room, please contact us at info@thecommonsnyc.com, click below to get to our request form, or create a new membership.

Booking requests made overnight or on a weekend will be responded to on the next business day.

MEETING ROOM A

The largest meeting room at The Commons, this bright 5th floor space is perfect for bigger groups. The display screen is equipped with a MacMini and a video chat camera, so there’s no need to plug in your laptop.

  • Capacity – 12 people

  • Features – wifi, white board, large screen with laptop connection, video chat, conference phone

  • Rate - $70 per hour (member price - $40 per hour)

MEETING ROOM B

This space on our new 4th floor is stylish and comfortable. Our main kitchen is just down the hall, so it’s easy to grab hot coffee, tea, or our famous freshly baked cookies.

  • Capacity – 10 people

  • Features – wifi, white board, large screen with laptop connection, conference phone

  • Rate - $70 per hour (member price - $40 per hour)
