ABOUT US
The Commons opened in 2016 to fill the need for a local coworking space on the Upper East Side. We’ve since expanded to include two new floors and lots of additional membership options, private offices, and shared areas. Our workspace is located in the converted historic Yorkville Theater building (read about the lion attack in 1914!) so we have interesting architecture, unique and beautiful high ceilings, and banks of bright skylights.
We’re proud to feature amenities like height-adjustable desks, fast internet with backup providers, a Wellness Room for lactation, acoustical phone booths, La Colombe coffee, Serendipitea, partnerships with local businesses, and more. The Commons is a community focused neighborhood workspace and we do all we can to listen to feedback, build connections, and keep our members happy and productive.
